back at it. again. blogging.
new site. new slate. new year. lets go.
i've been wanting to start back blogging. so i was sitting hear reading over different blogs.
went back and read my old blogs. i realized how much of a realize blogging is for me.
its an escape and truly a way for me to get everything out there. love it.
so my topic of thought today kept drifting to the age old phrase..
when life hands you lemons..
normal answer: you make lemonade.
well too bad i prefer limeade. such is life though. and such is how everything seems to work out for me.
its not that i don't like lemonade, i just prefer limeade. and it's not that i want to disagree and have to an
opinion about everything. but if you like something--go with and go for it. right?
speaking of;
i was actually going to keep this on the down low. but its such a good example of how liking something and having a passion for something can be a blessing in disguise. passion: baking, cooking, pastries, all of the above. well, the new news: i've applied to culinary school. johnshon and wales in charlotte and am finishing the art institute of raleigh/durham. i never in my life thought i'd actually do this, it was always such a fleeting thought and a passion i never thought i'd really persue. nevertheless, im taking a leap of faith and following my passion here and to be quite honest i couldn't be more excited. [will update as soon as i know]
besides that exciting news. life is pretty good right now.
getting used to the new year. getting sad about the roommate leaving for three months.
and getting ready to start the rest of my life.
[one big roller coaster of emotions as of late]
i hope to continue blogging. realizing as i end this how great it felt to get all that off my chest.
so yes, this will be a new edition to my day. as always, thanks for reading. and if you see that
